Everything you need to know before we begin your pair.
How long does my order take?
Standard custom orders are completed within 2–3 weeks from the time payment is received, plus shipping time. Need your pair sooner? Express orders can be completed within 3 days for an additional fee, plus shipping time.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide. Shipping times and costs will vary depending on your location.
Are the shoes included in the price?
Yes! The shoes are included in the price of your custom order. You do not need to purchase or send us a separate pair.
How do I submit my design ideas and reference photos?
Submit your ideas, design details and reference photos through our Order Form. Tevin will contact you by phone or text to finalize the details of your custom design and arrange payment.
Can I request any design or order something that isn't shown on the website?
Absolutely. You aren't limited to the designs shown on our website. Tell us your idea and we'll work with you to bring it to life. You can also send reference photos to help us understand the look you're going for.
Can you recreate a Classicc Dripper design I've seen on Instagram or TikTok?
Yes. If you've seen a Classicc Dripper design on our Instagram or TikTok that you want, send us the post or a screenshot when submitting your request.
Will I get to approve my design or make changes before you start?
Yes. Tevin will contact you before starting your shoes to confirm the design details and make sure everything is right before the customization process begins.
What shoe brands and styles can I customize?
Nike Air Force 1s are our most popular choice, but we can customize most leather shoes, including Timberlands and Clarks. Have another shoe in mind? Send us a message and we'll let you know if we can customize it.
Can custom shoes be returned or exchanged?
Because every pair is made specifically for you, custom orders are non-refundable once work has begun on your shoes. Please make sure your shoe size and design details are correct when your order is finalized.
How do I clean and care for my custom shoes?
Your customs can be cleaned with soap, water and a shoe-cleaning brush or your normal shoe-cleaning products. The artwork is sealed and made to withstand normal cleaning. For the best results, avoid harsh chemicals, excessive scrubbing and machine washing.
